We use a hugely successful Touch Typing programme that is a mixture of Lessons, Games & Boosters so it’s not just a case of typing pages of boring characters!!  Learning to Touch Type is all about practice…. the more you practice the faster you will learn!

All our courses come with:

  • Downloadable Typing Programme
  • Colour Coded Keyboard and Finger Stickers

What age should kids start typing?

Children can start learning early keyboarding skills as young as 6 years old. However, it is important to note that kids this age have not developed motor coordination yet, so our classes start from age 9.

I couldn't believe when I started, I would be able to Touch Type 36wpm!

The teaching was really enjoyable and I couldn't believe that when I started I would be able to touch type 36 words per minute by the end of the course. I cannot say enough regarding how amazing the teaching was and how easy it was to get up and running.
My sister whom is 2 years younger than me (I am 14 years of age) will definitely be enrolling next year.

Fantastic course run very efficiently. All 3 of my children have done this now and it has given them a huge advantage. They can touch type and this has prepared them brilliantly for senior school and jobs beyond. Many thanks QWERTY.

Clare and Philippa at Qwertykids are brilliant teachers, and my daughter has had great fun learning a skill for life. I would highly recommend the company and will be signing up my son for their DofE course shortly

Really fantastic course which has improved my children's typing beyond all recognition. They are much quicker and more accurate and it has really helped with their course work for school.
